Help the Friends of Cedar Mesa and the BLM and Park Service.
What better way to celebrate Earth Day than giving back to some of Utah’s more iconic places? Join FCM, the National Park Service of Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and the BLM on Earth Day (Friday April 22) for a day of trash collection and fire ring removal at Muley Point, fence construction at Sand Island and fence installation at an archaeological site on Cedar Mesa. Space is limited so register below. Afterwards, we invite you to camp with FCM on Muley Point and join us for casual hikes on Saturday.
Volunteers will be meeting at 9:00 am at the Bluff Community Center to break up into smaller groups.
This Earth Day event is supported in part by the National Environmental Education Foundation and Toyota.
