Learn the techniques and secrets of photography from published author Dave Manley. Dave will lead a half-day session in photography focused on creating images with interest and appeal. This workshop will not cover camera operation or software training, only photography techniques. Dave will also cover some aspects of photographing rock art for documentation. A field session at Sego Canyon will be included, weather permitting.

Things to Bring: camera, lenses, optional tripod. For field session bring appropriate gear (hiking shoes, water, sunscreen etc.). We will carpool to the field session site. Roads will be passable with a passenger car.
Difficulty Level: We will be by a restroom facility; no water, or shade – prepare accordingly. The site where we will be photographing is located within easy walking distance from the road.
