Our process for setting up a Family membership is a bit odd. You start by entering the first person's membership. That person now "owns" the family membership. They can add other family members later. This can be done by clicking on your name (when you are logged in) on the top right of the screen. Then scrolling down to the bundle summary section and click the "add a member" button. Family members should each have a unique email address.
